1、 Purpose:
The XPN-203 series polarizing melting point analyzer is the most commonly used professional experimental instrument for departments such as geology, mineral resources, metallurgy, petrochemicals, chemical fibers, semiconductor industry, drug inspection, and related polymer majors in higher education institutions. The polarization melting point analyzer can be used by a wide range of users for single polarization observation, orthogonal polarization observation, cone light observation, and microscopic photography to observe the deformation, color change, and three state transformation of objects under heating conditions. The polarization melting point tester adopts microcomputer detection and has automatic P, I, D adjustment, and fuzzy manual adjustment functions. The polarization melting point tester displays temperature values and set temperature values through LED, and the instrument display is accurate, clear, and stable. The temperature control can be programmed, and there is an automatic alarm device for "upper and lower" limits, which can check the set temperature data at any time. It is a new generation melting point temperature measurement and control device. The microscope is equipped with accessories such as gypsum λ, mica λ/4 test pieces, quartz wedges, and moving rulers. The polarizing microscope hot stage has scalability and can be connected to computers and digital cameras to edit, save, and print images. 1. Microscopic precision temperature controller
The working temperature under the 20X objective lens can reach up to 300 ℃, and the temperature operation program is fully automatically controlled; The temperature program segment is set by the user themselves, with 30 temperature programming segments and cyclic operation, which can accurately reflect the set temperature, furnace core temperature, and actual temperature of the sample. Set the starting temperature for each segment, and the duration that can be maintained within that segment. The heating rate can be adjusted, with an accuracy of ± 0.3 ℃ and a memory point reading.
2. Microscopic heating platform
It can move with the stage, has a large heating area in the working area, adjustable transparent area, and a temperature gradient in the working area below ± 0.1
Starting temperature: room temperature
The heating area in the workspace should be at least 1X1cm
The temperature gradient in the workspace does not exceed ± 0.1oC
Transparent area of 2mm or more, adjustable
The error between the displayed temperature and the actual temperature shall not exceed ± 0.2
The hot stage can move with the carrier stage
When the melting point measurement temperature exceeds 100 degrees, the working distance of the 25X objective lens is too close, which can easily damage the lens. Please choose long working distance 20X and 40X objective lenses
